iKURE – Ninety-Day Repair Warranty
What is Covered:
This warranty covers any issues with performance and/or functionality of the cellular phone, tablet, computer, laptop or other electronic devices that have been repaired or serviced by an iKURE repair shop location. This includes a non-responsive digitizer, dead spots on the digitizer, jumpy digitizer, poor or incorrect colors displaying on the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), LCD fading out without apparent cause, etc.
How Long Coverage Lasts:
This warranty is valid for ninety (90) days after repairs are performed on the cellular phone, tablet, computer, laptop or other electronic devices in question.
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover any physical damages incurred during the ninety (90) day period after initial repairs were completed at an iKURE repair shop location on Long Island. This includes any cracks, chips, scratches, abuse to the device, water damage, etc.
What iKURE Will Do:
In the event that a particular issue complies with this warranty policy, iKURE will make the necessary additional repairs and/or replacements in order to cease the malfunction of the cellular phone, tablet, computer, laptop or other electronic devices at no additional cost to the customer.
How To Get Service:
In order to receive the aforementioned services, bring the malfunctioning cellular phone, tablet, computer, laptop or other electronic devices that have been repaired or serviced by iKURE to the iKURE repair shop location in which it was originally worked on along with the accompanying receipt of service from the applicable shop location.
How State Law Relates to this Warranty:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
iKURE Repaired Item Pick-Up Policy
When repairs or servicing has been completed on a cellular phone, tablet, computer, laptop or other electronic devices, iKURE will contact the customer to notify him/her that the device in question is ready to be received from the iKURE repair shop location that they originally visited for service.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pick-up their repaired cellular phone, tablet, computer, laptop or other electronic devices within a holding period of thirty (30) days after notification that repairs or services have been completed by iKURE.
If the device in question has not been received by the customer within the thirty (30) day holding period after proper notification has been given, it is assumed that the device has been abandoned and will become the property of iKURE and may be resold to recuperate repair and service expenses. Additional accommodations can be made to extend this holding period only by particular circumstance and communication of the customer with the iKURE repair shop location where they originally visited for repairs or services to their device.
