How to Receive iPhone Calls Again
Being in the business of iPhone repair, iKURE deals with issues all of the time that has nothing to do with broken screens.
As Apple introduces new software, they also introduce more problems to the less iPhone savvy user.
In the past weeks, we have been getting a lot of customers coming to us with the same ghostly problem… “I’m not getting any of my calls, my phone is going straight to voicemail”.
Have no fear, your iPhone is just fine and so is your service. This is a simple fix and does not require a professional to do.
From the lock screen of your iPhone (the screen that displays “slide to unlock”), swipe your finger from the bottom of the screen to the top of the screen to open “Control Center”.
Control Center gives you access to widgets (shortcuts) for turning on/off features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Flashlight, Calculator, AirPlay, and many others as well as “Do Not Disturb Mode”. Starting to sound like I’m on to something? Yes. “Do Not Disturb Mode” prominently displayed as the Half Moon symbol in Control Center is the reason your iPhone is going directly to voicemail. To turn off “Do Not Disturb Mode”, simply tap on the Half Moon icon to unhighlight it. Now you’re ready to receive calls again!!
